This gives you a wide range of exercises to target every muscle in your body. Point the roller upwards to perform exercises such as lat pulls and upper body training. Turn the pulley upside down to use the cable machine from below and train your legs and lower body effectively.

V-pull rope: With our V-pull rope, you can perform specific exercises for arms, shoulders, core and much more, while the grip around the solid wood ball also strengthens the muscles in your forearms.

Biceps/triceps bar: With our biceps/triceps bar, you can do specific exercises for biceps, triceps, shoulders and much more. The bar is made of high-quality oak wood and therefore fits perfectly with your homeSUP.
