General Terms and Conditions of Bredder GbR
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions (1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text (1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders via our online shop bredder-balance.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part but is merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. The order is made in the following steps:

Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's details are recorded by using the "Back" button contained in the internet browser used by them, and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We acknowledge receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view our terms and conditions at any time at http://www.bredder-balance.de. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date (1) The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs may be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment in advance, PayPal.
(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery (1) Unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery is made within a maximum of 8 working days. The delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to the bank instructed with the transfer and, in the case of all other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in the case of a sale involving the carriage of goods only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
